Acceptance
By creating an account or using Gracias — Gratitude in Letters ("Gracias"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Gracias is
Gracias is a gratitude app shared between two people — partners, family members, or friends — that lets you exchange reflections, thank-you letters, and memories over time, building a shared trail together.
Account, free trial, and subscription
Access unlocks with an account and a 7-day free trial; after that, full use requires a paid subscription (monthly or yearly), processed by Hotmart. You can cancel renewal at any time through Hotmart's panel — access continues until the end of the period already paid. Refunds follow the 7-day guarantee policy stated at checkout.
Acceptable use
You agree not to try to access other people's accounts, not to use the app for illegal purposes, and not to copy, resell, or commercially exploit Gracias's content without authorization.
Your trail and content
The content you and your chosen person write (gratitude entries, letters, memories) belongs to you. As explained in our Privacy Policy, this content is stored on our servers so both of you can access it from any device. The app's visual identity, texts, and techniques belong to Gracias.
Limitation of liability
Gracias is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the app available and correct, but we don't guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors, and we're not liable for decisions made based on the app's content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Meaningful changes will be announced inside the app. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
